Brookside Park Signature Lofts are located across from the Western entrance to Beaver Creek Resort, along the banks of the Eagle River. They feature convenient access to Beaver Creek Resort and downtown Avon without the on-mountain real estate prices or big crowds. Located at the heart of the Vail Valley, owners are within minutes of all the world-class dining, shopping, and recreational activities that make the resort mountain lifestyle so prized.

Brookside Park Signature Lofts offers its owners a brand new fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment, locker rooms, individual ski lockers, spacious storage closets, underground heated parking and an outdoor pool and hot tub situated along the Eagle River.
The thoughtful floorplans were initially designed by local architect, Doug DeChant, founder of Shepherd Resources, a highly acclaimed Vail Valley architectural firm. TAB & Associates, also of the Vail Valley is the architect of record for the design development and construction documents phases.
The inspired decor of the Brookside Park Signature Lofts - contemporary chic with an unmistakable mountain modern flair - is the work of Beaver Creek-based Slifer Designs, Inc. As the nation's top authority on luxury resort interior design, Slifer Designs offers full-service interior design, interior architecture, and hospitality services. Slifer Designs, Inc. has been producing award-winning resort design since the mid-1980's.
We hired an acoustical engineering firm to analyze the existing construction, the planned improvements and the forecast performance of the final floor and wall assemblies so that we would exceed the minimum standards both for acoustic transmission (general sound being heard) and impact transmissions (hearing someone above you drop something on the floor). They have advised us we will exceed those standards on the floor with wood or concrete being offered on the main level and just wood being offered on the upper level.
Ceilings in the main living spaces of most Lofts are a minimum of 12' tall with exposed duct work. All bathrooms and closets have 9'-10' ceilings. In some Lofts, much higher ceiling heights are present and in a few cases, the ceilings are vaulted.
As is typical with nearly all new construction projects, a Purchase and Sale Agreement prepared by the Developer's attorney is being used.

Homeowners Association FAQs

As an Owner at Brookside Park Signature Lofts, you are a member of the Brookside Park Signature Lofts HOA, which is then also a member of the Master Association at Brookside Park.
Slifer Management is the manager of the Brookside Park Signature Lofts Home Owner Association. In addition, they manage the Master Association of Brookside Park. Slifer Management has handled this role at Brookside Park since 1997.

East West Resorts is happy to offer their "Home Care Program" to owners at Brookside Park Signature Lofts, should you wish to have more scheduled regular care of your Loft. Please ask your broker for more information on this program.
These fees cover services associated with management, maintenance and operations of the common areas and long term estimated reserves for the building. Services provided include, but are not limited to:

  • Building utilities - All utilities for the building's common areas
  • Individual water, sewer and trash for each Loft
  • Pool, hot tub and fitness facility cleaning and maintenance *
  • Property and liability insurance
  • Arrival, parking and driveway landscaping and snow removal *
  • Association management and administrative services
  • Lobby, ski locker room and common area cleaning and maintenance
  • Parking garage maintenance and cleaning
  • Reserves for major repairs and replacements
  • Elevator maintenance

* These services are paid for indirectly through Brookside Park's Signature Lofts HOA membership to the Master Association at Brookside Park.
Each Loft has been allocated an assessment based on its square footage. Dues are approximately $4.96/square foot/year.
The dues for 2016 are approximately $4.96/square foot. These are comparable and often times lower than complexes with similar amenities such as Beaver Creek Landing ($7.43/sq.ft.), The Ascent, ($8.71/sq.ft.) and The Westin Riverfront ($17.30/sq.ft.). In order for the Loft owners to be able to control their own variable costs, the HOA dues will not include individual gas, electricity, high-speed wireless or cable TV. (Information source: Vail MLS)
Underground, covered parking is assigned. Each 2-bedroom Loft has been assigned one parking space and each 3-bedroom Loft has been assigned two parking spaces. All exterior surface parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
As an owner at Brookside Park Signature Lofts, you may rent your Loft. You may discuss rental opportunities with East West Resorts or any property rental group you desire.
Yes, owners may have up to two pets.
